Framing up . . .
The house design is for a hybrid post and beam construction. The walls are also being built to bear a load so the final structure will be very strong. Pouring the slab . . .
The first job was setting out and boxing up and ensuring it was all square and level. Next we had to spread two truck loads of fine crushed rock and level it off. The next stage was the steelwork.
