This blog is for posts about the setting up of our off-grid house on 32 acres of bushland near St Marys in Tasmania. It is our intention to stay off the grid and provide most of our own food, all our own electricity and water and have full on-site waste disposal. We are both vegan so do not need to provide any meat, eggs, dairy or other animal protein. Our plant based diet can largely be supplied from our own garden. We welcome constructive feedback and comments.
